Engaged a brand-new counterpart with zero prior relationship capital and achieved full mutual alignment, scope agreement, and solution delivery inside a single quarter-hour window. Internal stakeholders described the turnaround as "unprecedented" and "frankly, a little concerning."
Led a cross-functional integration project bringing in an external specialist contractor to extend internal capability beyond its usual configuration. Scope included equipment procurement, safety briefing, and a frank post-mortem. Repeat engagement requested.
Designed and delivered an immersive, scenario-based training exercise exploring identity, control, and improvised costuming. Unresolved action item from the session: determining which party was cast as the protagonist versus the support crew getting "processed" in the final act.
